Since 1994, at A Safe Haven, our facilities and services provide paths to recovery from substance abuse, and economic and housing challenges. We provide each individual with a case manager to coordinate a multi-faceted team of professionals who work together to help identify individual or complex root causes of their crisis situation. We respect that each individual is different and we provide unique service plans and services to customize the needs of the person. Our person-centered approach fosters hope and opens the door to opportunities for all those that we can serve. Our goal and our job is to help everyone we serve rebuild their lives (and their children’s lives) with their confidence, pride, and purpose restored in a sustainable way.
If you or someone you know, falls into any one of these categories, we can help. To learn more please call us at 773-435-8300 and ask for “intake” or click here to complete the online inquiry form.
A Safe Haven’s programs are funded by most government agencies to provide the services free of charge to the homeless if you qualify. Legal and health insurance professionals are also welcome to call on behalf of their clients and beneficiaries.
