A Safe Haven Foundation serves as a hub to assist veterans in need with transitioning from service to civilian life. According to national averages, one third of the homeless population consists of veterans, compared with 10% of the general population.

A Safe Haven Foundation connects veterans with state and federal benefits including healthcare, housing, counseling and case management, education and employment opportunities (including job readiness and career training), legal assistance, veteran courts, disability, pension, transportation, documentation, and bonuses.
