3rd Annual GOLF! To End Homelessness – Monday, June 1, 2015
A Safe Haven Foundation’s GOLF! To End Homelessness was founded in 2013 to take a swing at the issues of poverty and homelessness, by empowering active Chicagoans to elevate the dialog surrounding these issues. All golf proceeds go directly to help and empower the homeless right here at home. ASHF provides food, supportive housing to individuals in crisis, offering them access to assessment-driven, comprehensive and holistic range of services including: individualized case management, addiction treatment, education, and job training, job placement, and life skills coaching to assist with job retention and permanent affordable housing.
