On behalf of the Advisory Board Members and Co-chairs Bill Walsh, Steven Hartenstein, Bill Durkin, Dorothy Falkiewicz, James Feldman, Erik Foster, Robert Kauffman, Harold Washington, and Norma Zambrano, we would like you to join us to commemorate this important milestone in a journey that transcends each and every one of us, and helps make the vision of ending homelessness a reality for thousands.  Please join us for this event that truly honors the mission of making a difference!

20 years ago, the co-founders of A Safe Haven, Neli and Brian Rowland, were inspired to invest in underserved communities throughout the Chicagoland area, and provide housing opportunities for people in crisis. Early on, A Safe Haven served as a place for individuals to begin the process of reinventing their lives with pride and purpose. Inspired and amazed by the stories of redemption and triumph, Neli and Brian have since devoted their lives to building a highly acclaimed national best practice model for breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness that has served over 65,000 men, women, families, and veterans since 1994.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to help the homeless veterans residing at A Safe Haven Foundation, one of the nation’s leading nonprofit organizations dedicated to transforming lives from homelessness to self-sufficiency with pride and purpose.

The Keynote Speaker is Neli Vazquez Rowland, President and Co-Founder of A Safe Haven Foundation; and Bill Walsh, CEO and Founder of PowerteamUSA will serve as the Master of Ceremony.  We look forward to having you celebrate this important milestone with us!
